H2O: HEADWATERS TO OCEAN OVERNIGHT CAMP

H2O Overnight Camps are a great time to be active and have fun in the outdoors while learning about the amazing landscape that surrounds Cordova. Each day is filled with hands-on science activities, games, and adventures. During the week at camp we’ll hike in the rainforest, observe glaciers up close, canoe through the wetlands of the Copper River Delta and explore Orca Inlet. We will also learn, firsthand, what it means to be a good steward through active participation in restoration projects on the Delta. By the end of the week you will be able to see for yourself that from headwaters to ocean…it's all connected. Camp activities will take place all over Cordova and the Copper River Delta and we spend the nights at PWSSC's mile 13 campground.
