Mini-DRT camp August 2022
Headwaters to Ocean overnight camp, also known as “Mini-DRT (Delta Restoration Team) camp,” went off without a hitch in August of 2022. Our campers had a fantastic week exploring U.S. Forest Service – Chugach National Forest lands and careers, while learning about and practicing stewardship in this amazing landscape we call home. We identified fish, hauled brush, looked for goose nests, and collected native seeds. Thank you to Cristina at the Forest Service for compiling this amazing newsletter to commemorate our week.
