This is an opportunity you will not want to miss! Join us for a line-up of decadent desserts made and donated by some of Cordova’s finest bakers.
Dessert Dash is an event where we celebrate our members and welcome new friends. Learn about various programs at the Science Center and why your membership matters.
How it works
Before the bidding begins, all desserts will be on display and guests vote for “Most Attractive” and “Most Unique” desserts. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of these categories, along with “First Dessert Grabbed in the Dash”.
Folks then team up with their table mates to bid on their chance to grab the dessert of their choosing. Sealed bids are submitted by each table and tallied by staff. The table with the highest collective bid gets to dash first for their dessert. Each successive table is given a short amount of time to respond. They have to move quickly to get the treat they want!
Coffee and tea provided.
