The sky looks awfully dark in December, but what better time to start looking at the stars! Astronomy is a great way to introduce your preschoolers to patterns and harness their imagination. Engage with the moon and stars through a star-catching game, constellation and moon phase crafts, and a moon-sand sensory bin. This month, we are partnering with Imagination Library. Every preschooler who attends can pick out a space-themed storybook to take home!
Sea Squirts is a free monthly preschool program that will get your tot thinking like a scientist. The program is designed for kids ages 3 – 5. Each session starts with a story and then leads into discovery stations for you and your child to do together.
